ALBANY, N.Y. (NEWS10) -- On Tuesday, Rodolpho Bogado, 39, pled guilty to receipt and possession of child pornography. Bogado faces at least five years and up to 20 years in prison and will also be required to register as a sex offender. SCHENECTADY, N.Y. (NEWS10) -- A Schenectady man was sentenced to 18 years determinate after pleading guilty to one count of first-degree rape. ALBANY, N.Y. (WTEN) -- An energy company by the name of Holtec plans on disposing radioactive chemicals into the Hudson River in coming months. In the last days of session, advocates are asking the Governor to sign legislation to prevent this from happening. Advocates took to the halls of the capitol chanting, "What do we want? Clean water! When do we want it? Now!" They say, the Hudson River is not a sewer and the practice of dumping radioactive chemicals into these waters, must come to an end. The disposal is part of Holtec’s plans to decommission the Indian Point Power Plant, located just north of New York City. ROCHEPORT, Mo. -- Beer and cattle contributed to the frustration as crews spent hours clearing a crash on the Missouri River bridge west of Columbia.The highway reopened around 3:45 p.m.The crash involved a loaded cattle trailer, a pickup, and at least four other vehicles.
